With influencers promoting new makeup brands daily, it can be tough to find products that actually deliver. Dazzle Me stands out for its stylish, budget-friendly offers. Launched in 2020 by Hebe Beauty Cosmetics, it has quickly earned popularity online. One of its standout products is the Better Than Filter HD Invisible Powder, which claims to blur pores and wrinkles, provide a matte finish, offer 24-hour oil control, leave zero residue, and apply effortlessly.

We were able to purchase the product through TikTok for ₱260, making it quite affordable compared to similar powders on the market, but is it truly a steal or just an overrated product not worth your money?

The compact comes with 5 grams of the product and a teardrop-shaped applicator puff. The packaging is visually appealing, featuring a clear, rippled container and a colorful powder with swirls of blue, purple, yellow, and pink. Its purple applicator has a separate compartment of its own and is appropriately sized.

Initially, it was slightly difficult to pick up the product due to its gel-based formula, which feels more sticky than powdery. Applying it to the face was a much smoother process. There is a clear difference when using the product; it instantly makes the skin have a matte finish. 

Lightweight would be the best word to describe it—it feels like there is nothing on the skin. While it does help reduce shine, it does not completely blur pores, as some skin texture remains visible. Still, after spending an entire day outside, the product maintained good oil control with minimal need for touch-ups.

The best part about it is that the powder did not cause much skin irritation. Dazzle Me’s product felt very breathable, unlike other powders that can feel heavy on the skin, which makes sense when you take a look at the ingredient list. With ingredients like niacinamide and glycerin, the formula offers skin-friendly benefits. 

We were truly dazzled by the product’s looks and effectiveness. Overall, the product is a must-have if you’re a beginner looking for an affordable and lightweight product for everyday use.
